2. Scope of ApplicationThese General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers, as defined by Spanish consumer protection law, through the online shop www.mollys_the-store.com.A consumer is any natural person who is acting for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
3. Contract ConclusionThe presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.The contract is concluded by:express order confirmation via email orshipment of the goods.The contract language is English.
4. Prices and Payment TermsAll prices are in euros (€) and include the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) and, where applicable, shipping costs.Accepted payment methods:Credit cardYour card will be charged upon completion of the order.

6. Retention of TitleThe goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.
7. Right of WithdrawalConsumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a designated third party receives the goods.To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the supplier by means of a clear statement to mollysthestore@outlook.com.Consequences of withdrawal:The supplier will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.(Exceptions according to Art. 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, e.g., sealed hygiene products, personalized goods, etc.)
8. Legal WarrantyThe legal warranty applies in accordance with Spanish consumer law.The statutory warranty period is generally 3 years from delivery of the goods for new products.In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination in accordance with the statutory provisions.
9. LiabilityThe provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11.
