Delicious curd from Nicolas Vahé with a pistachio flavour. Use the curd as a classic jam or mix it with yoghurt. Spread it on pancakes, or enjoy it together with ice cream or as part of an amazing pie. But be careful, this pistachio curd is extremely addictive.

Ingredients:

Curd with pistachiocane sugar, water, concentrated butter (milk), pasteurised liquid egg, pistachio paste 3.5% (pistachio, color: E100, E141), pasteurised egg yolk powder, concentrated lemon juice, emulsifier: soya lecithins, gelling agent (fruit pectin, agar-agar), natural flavouring.
